The residents of Park Place are retired and no longer serving God in a career. Many having lost their spouse, are alone and are putting their hope in God, asking him for help (1 Timothy 5:5). They have entered a season of life where their families and church are commanded to care for them, not the other way around. We also realize that giving is an act of worship and some residents may choose to support the church, but PPCC will never solicit funds, “take an offering” or use any sort of coercion to encourage those living at Park Place to financially support the ministry.
Faith Support
The ministry of Park Place Community Church is primarily supported by the generous gifts of non-residents. We are trusting in God to create and sustain a viable ministry here for many years to come, serving all of our current and future residents. Gifts given provide ongoing support to our pastor, as well as, our ministries and outreach to the residents of Park Place. Because we are under the 501(3)c umbrella of our home church, (St Joe Community Church), all gifts given are tax-deductible.
